Questions
Is this just an SEO audit?
No. SEO is one of four areas. We also check whether customers can reach you on a phone, whether they'll trust what they see, and whether your domain, email and website are safe.
Do I need to install anything or give you a password?
No. We look at your site from the outside, the way a customer or Google does. Nothing changes on your website.
Where do the dollar figures come from?
They're a rough estimate of how much monthly revenue an issue like this puts at risk for a small business. They exist to put fixes in order, not to forecast your numbers.
What if you can't check something?
The report says so plainly and leaves it out of your score. A check we couldn't run never counts against you.
Is the legal part legal advice?
No. Legal findings are automated observations with the evidence we saw. If one matters to you, check it with a lawyer or your industry body.
Who is it for?
Owners of small businesses in Australia: trades, clinics, cafes, salons, shops and services. It also suits the web designers and agencies who look after them.
